Timeline of County Party Reorganization

January 30, 2025 – 12:00 noon Deadline to submit any additional precinct or vice-committeeman names to the Indiana Democratic Party for eligibility to vote in March 1, 2025 Reorganization
February 10, 2025 – Release of information regarding County Party Reorganization and required forms for Statement of Candidacy (public information meeting, website, email, Facebook)
February 14, 2025 – Deadline to mail caucus notices to all eligible precinct and vice chairmen of the March 1st Quadrennial Reorganization Meeting.
February 19, 2025 by 5 pm– Deadline to submit Statement of Candidacy to County Party Chairman and Secretary.
March 1, 2025 by 1:00 p.m. in the county seat – caucus of precinct and vice-committeeman to vote on Madison County Democrat Central Committee officers: Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer
Vote by secret ballot. Candidates may select a watcher for vote tabulation
